Leave it in the Jungle

I got clear in Costa Rica, as the blue zone shared its wisdom with me ~

The jungle is a beautiful container to bring your shadow and light into balance. Wholeness can be embodied when we are grounded in the mystical, wild unknown.

Gratitude is the foundation of spiritual success. I measure success in the value of my own self-love and self-worth ~ everything ripples out from there. It begins with the quality of the sleep that restores us, and the food that informs our cells. Move from your head into your heart. Feel the difference. Communicate internally and externally from that space.

A sacred NO is a YES to your soul. That’s how you fill up your cup. We can open our hearts to share love abundantly with the collective, while honoring our own energetic boundaries. Protect your energy with radical ownership. Observe. We’re constantly being tested, therefore expansion is limitless. Our biggest triggers can be the most beautiful connections as long as we communicate clearly, fiercely and compassionately.

Honor your body. Touch it. Hold it. Feel it. Listen to what it wants. We are not defined by our disease. Disease is our body asking us to listen more deeply. Start by putting your bare feet in the grass, it’s as simple as that. Also, dance. Dancing is important.

I have released my servitude to an old story that no longer serves me. The healing waters of Nosara took it away with her waves. It’s scary to stand in the unknown of a new way of being. Allow the flow to show you the way.

I am worthy of my gift. It’s my medicine to offer the world. Please share yours — we need it, too! No more apologies for being your authentic, glorious self!

In just one day you can begin in the ugly, messy, dirty detoxification of pain, and close the day by receiving love on a pathway of flowers wearing all white. Anything is possible. Magic is real when we follow our intuition.

Love is the spine of my independence. My mission is to nourish myself with the sweet nectar of life, allowing that to be the cup from which I give to others.

We are safe to be in the present moment. Sit with that. Let the discomfort fade away ~ like sunsets.

Lastly, love the Earth.

Namaste, Alli
